Rural Hill's Annual Sheep Dog Trials and Festival

 My son and I made it to our second annual Sheep Dog Trials and Dog Festival today.  I always amazes me to see so many different breeds with their owner as we walk around.  The Sheep Dog Trials are fun to watch.  There must be hours of training these dogs.  One of our favorite spots at this festival is the Carolina Dock Dogs.  These dogs jump off a platform, and are judged on the distance they jump into the water.  Here are some photos I took of some of the jumping dogs.

Senior Spokesmodel Erica

     Here she is, Senior Spokesmodel Erica, a Senior at North Lincoln High School.  This autumn session took place at Murrays Mill.  Such a fun place to spend the afternoon!  Erica rocked our shoot, with that beautiful smile of hers.  Erica has plans of becoming a nurse in her future after her 2014 Senior Graduation.  Was fantastic to meet Erica...wishing the best for her!!  Enjoy some of our fall session...

Senior Spokesmodel Sydney

     I would like to introduce to you my newest Senior Spokesmodel...Sydney.  I have had the priviledge of knowing Sydney since she was a wee little one.  What a gorgeous person inside and out Sydney has become.  Currently Sydney is a Senior at West Meck High School in Charlotte.  We ventured to uptown Charlotte for our session and had some giggles along the way.  Started our venture off at Sugar Creek Greenway near Kings Dr., and ended up at Marshall Park in uptown Charlotte.  We thought "The Birds" were going to attack...they were everywhere right at dusk.  Sydney's plan is to enjoy an early graduation in February and then begin her education towards becoming a Dental Hygienist.  Enjoy these beautiful shots of Sydney!

Senior Spokesmodel Alyssa

   Despite the early morning rain, and an overcast day, I got to spend time with my newest Senior Spokesmodel yesterday.  Meet gorgeous Alyssa!  We ventured to the UNCC Gardens, and strolled the paths.  It is a beautiful place, if you have never been.  Alyssa was a natural in front of the camera, and that beautiful smile of hers shines.  Alyssa is a Senior at Hopewell High School, and is looking forward to possibly attending UNCC after graduation.  Thank you Alyssa for such a great day!

Senior Spokesmodel McKenzie

I would like to introduce to you Senior Spokesmodel McKenzie.  McKenzie is a 2014 Senior attending East Lincoln High School.  This past weekend we ventured out to Murrays Mill for our photo session. We had a great time exploring the different scenery here.  McKenzie's smile is one that just captures you.  It warms the heart!  She had fun putting her "model side" on, and we created some wonderful images.  In our conversations she shared her love for working with children and she hopes to work toward a physical therapy degree once she graduates her Senior year.  I have all the confidence in the world, she will be great at whatever she does!  Take a look at McKenzies photo session...........

Senior Spokesmodel Sarah

The search for Senior Spokesmodels for LJB Photography is under way.  I would like to introduce Sarah, a 2014 Senior from Lincoln Charter School.  I have gotten to know Sarah over this past year, and she is such a beautiful person inside and out.  She loves the outdoors and antiques.  Late summer we ventured to Valdese, NC and set up our outdoor photo session at McGalliard Falls Park.  A creek runs into the falls and in the background stands the Grist Mill  that was built in 1906.  What a super spot it was for our backdrop.  We laughed and giggled, and had so much fun as we ventured through the park finding just the right spots for our images.  Thank you to Sarah for being so much fun, and for letting her beauty show through to the camera!
